I have pain in my legs . So I want pain spray like move or volini spray or odec gel which can give me instant relief.

You have the ans. Any spray will give u instant relief. But my sincere advice to see an orthopaedic consultant if ur pain is not relieved by spray. Also consume lots of fluid with electrolyte powders to avoid cramp
