I have PCOD
The endometrium is mixed echogenic with thickness 7.5mm. Both ovaries are seen with multiple tiny follicles. Right ovary is 3.9cm *1.7cm left ovary 3.5cm*1.5cm. No fluid is seen within the posterior cul-de-sac or pouch of Douglas. What does it mean. Will I have difficulty to conceive?
