I have pimples and black
Pimple and black spots on face .i want to get rid of it as it comes in form of acne or pimple and after few week got convert into black spots what should i do???

Hi, gd, morn, the issue u facing is due to vishiated pitta n vata disorder, might triggered in sept-Oct Heat suportrd by ur salty n sour food habits, if u drop will soon will benefit soon, application of paste of well riped papaya n masoor floor will boost but as if managed internally avail long term advantages
