But what is the best way to remove smoking stains on my teeth.once I went to a dentist, I did a very painful way to remove smoking stains on my teeth. But no use.please suggest me a good way.

Hello,
If the stains are not reducing by Ultrasonic scaling,then you can opt for bleaching/tooth whitening procedure.You need to see a cosmetic dentist.
