I have Some Serious Problems!
Hello Sir/ Ma'am. In April /May 2018, I got accidently hit by my friend's elbow on my chin. Then in Sept 2018, we did X-Ray. And it showed i had micro-fractures. But, i had pain in jaw, ears and head as well. We didn't check in 18, of i had some jaw fracture or not. I had BP of 120 back then. But, in 2020 - suddendly pain increased in jaw, teeth, and ears. I felt numbness and pain in neck, right collar bone, shoulders as well. I couldn'r open my mouth. We showed to E.N.T, they said show to Dentist. So, in 2021 - we should to dentist, but he wasn't unable to find out what the prob. was. We did MRI as we. There was no fracture in the report. But, they still had doubt that in 2018, maybe i had fracture in left or right ear side joint jaw aur maybe near jaw but it is healed. IDK.  In February 2021, we remived right side wisdom teeth as it were touching my jaw and nerves. I am still feeling pain after the extraction as well. I haven't removed the left side wisdom teeth yet. Thank You🥺❤️

Hello dear Please be calm See 3 years have passed for that trauma.definitely that lesion has healed.but with how much efficacy, this could be determined only by opg or cbct. So I suggest you to please share the opg or cbct for associated etiology Thanks

Hello, Please post that X-ray of 2018 if you have and specifically tell where you had fracture as fracture cannot heal in it's own. The pain in ear and jaw can be due to wisdom tooth it also results in problem like difficulty in opening mouth. If you still feel pain it might be due to dry socket or sometimes surgery is do intense that the area needs longer time to heal...
Next Steps
if you not satisfied with your treatment visit a oral maxillofacial surgeon they are specialised in such cases
