I have toe numbness in the right leg.
Dear sir/mam, I'm looking for exercise or physiotherapy for toe numbness in right leg due to disk sequestered at L5-S1.

A sequestered disc at L5S1 most likely will require surgical decompression. Physiotherapy is less likely to help. Please take a proper neurosurgical consultation for evaluation and management plan.
