I have very Low B12
I have done recent tests for my B12 and D3, my D3 is normal and B12 is around 60 and ideally it should be more than 200 for adult, can you please suggest the naturall ways of increasing it and also what is the reason behind fall in the B12 amount in body

Egg yolk, chicken liver, Fish contains good amount of B12. Pure vegetarian can have low B12.
