I have white tongue
Vitamin d3 level done and I have white tongue when I eat it's go and cum again and I have tested blood to nothing wrong in it

If you have white patches over the tongue your should see a ENT surgeon to exclude cancer or pre-cancerous lesions. If you have white coated tongue there is nothing to worry about, as it has little clinical significances. Vit. D has nothing to do with any of these conditions.
