I keep getting pin prick pain
On my foot halfway up my arms and other places it's very painful it comes and goes it has been happening most days and it's makes me jump and Yelp with pain

It could be plantar fasciitis if it's in foot only downward and start when you sit for too long and then stand or else in the morning..
