I keep writing my birthday day on cheque
I am DVM and MSc and employed for 4 years. My birthday is 11 Nov 1987. Last October I unconsciously write my birthday instead of actual date on cheque which I used to give to my father from last 4 years. My father told me about after bank made an objection. But on 17 Nov I wrote another cheque to my father and he reminded me to write date correctly. But again i unconsciously wrote the my birth year on the cheque for the second time. Again this mistake is being noticed by my father.

Make a practice of writing date everyday on everything u write, whether official or not. Dat way u vil not confuse ur birthday with d present day
