I was diagnosed with schizo-typical personality disorder. I feel that due to this condition I lost my ability to think abstractly and have multiple pieces of information in my head (like deviled attention). My cognitive performance is impaired in general. I can no more read philosophical books which I loved because I no longer understand what they say. Please help me, how can I regain my ability to think abstractly (any mental exercises?)?Don't say it's impossible because it's a real nightmare..
