I'm always anxious
I'm 24 year old female. Everyday I'm unhappy with myself. Everyday I wakeup disappointed that this day will just be same like yesterday. Nothing is gonna change. I'm always feeling anxious that I'll never achieve anything I want. I want to achieve a lot, but every goal come with anxiety. I'm always worried that there are a lot of people better than me, doing extra efforts than me. I'm not happy with anything, feel like I'm just wasting my life, my time, my energy, everything on wrong things. But, I don't even have the courage to leave anything I'm not happy with. Whenever I think about leaving something, I feel like I'm just overthinking. That it's not like what I'm seeing. I'm not sure what to do, anymore. Sometimes I really want to give up on myself. Sometimes I really think I should stop focusing on getting better and just let life be the way it is. I want to be careless. I want to leave everything and everyone I have. But I'm scared.

Hi, it looks like something is making you feel anxious. You don’t want to feel anxious often and you want to feel good and calm. You want to enjoy everyday of your life. It is important to remember that you can overcome anxiety and feel good about yourself. You are an ambitious person who wants to achieve great things. To help overcome anxiety you can consult a psychologist. Therapy sessions will help you. To feel better you can maintain a diary and write about your positive qualities and give yourself appreciation. You can make a list of your goals and passion. It is important to remember that every person has their own unique talent. You can calm your mind by listening to music, or doing any activity that relaxes you.

Good day my Friend.  I can understand your concern. Be aware that if you don't make.any small changes in your daily life, results will be the same . So every day will look the same.. Change is the most Difficult thing that mind will be Ready to accept. If you are willing to make few changes in your mindset, lifestyle, daily routines, dietary then you can overcome this problem easily. Its important to address the root cause with a holistic approach than just treating the symptoms. If you notice the root cause here is  your "thought". I.e your overthinking or overwhelming  or negative thoughts about your personal life or professional issues leading into negativity or fear or insecurity !!!. Sometimes in our life there are phases where we feel low and anxious. It is important to figure what could be the cause of these Thoughts and feelings and then try working on those events.
Next Steps
I would recommend you to talk about your feelings to your trusted loved ones. Secondly, start your day with some physical exercises and meditation. set small achievable Goals for yourself and once you achieve them try to reinforce yourself. Engage into some creative and pleasurable tasks like Cooking, Art & craft etc.
