I'm getting sound in stomach.
What is the reason of sound inside stomach.
It is clearly audible on every night.
Note: I previously affected by ulcer, is it a symptom of ulcer

You may be having wind, so called in the lay people language, especially after heavy spicy ,oily food.
some foods, especially protiens produce ( lentils , beans ) more gas and some vegies too, such as cauliflowers or spinach.
Gas or wind is not a symptom of ulcer as the gas or wind is produced in the intestines and not in Stomach.
you were once treated for Ulcer as you say. you can get follow up test done. were you treated for ulcer ?

Get Peptic ulcer follow up test. Urea bresth test in a good lab.
avoid alcohal if you drink it in the evening or night.
