I stole twice a week. And it's irritating. Like my stomach is always full I'm not feeling good. I tried drinking Luke warm water. But it didn't helped much.

Drink 15 glasses of water everyday, take high fibre diet, take chakki atta rather than packed atta, preferably multi grain, take warm milk after dinner... If this does not help consult online for further medicines
