I m suffering from rashes
I am suffering from rashes in my inner thigs its painful with the same time itching this problem is with me since 3 months and it is hotness around it i am facing very difficulties in it while sitting and walking and when I perspire its more itchiness

You should actually get urself examined for this as it might be due to fungal or bacterial infection or some kind of allergy ,for details on Medicines u may get back to us.
