I need a fitness certificate
I am working as a staff nurse I was diagnosed covid positive... On 15th July I was home quarentined for 14 days ... And I was expected to join back after 14 days But I had chest pain, sore throat, and fever on and off, so I didn't join.. Now, I need a fitness certificate to get my 12 days leaves sanctioned.. as it is compulsory.. I need a fitness certificate to sanction my leaves.....

I think to get a fitness certificate you have to meet a doctor personally for the physical examination.. kindly enquire..
