Everyone has pressures, which help us improve our self esteem.. Have a positive attitude towards life.. If you think you've hurt someone, apologize for it humbly.. If u r hurt by someone then say so.. Be assertive.. You are what you are.. You don't need to look down upon urself until you deliberately hurt someone..
