I remain hungry, fatigued and consuming sweets despite hyperglycemia for 15 years especially after ejaculation. When I can't stop sweets how I control my sugar and cholesterol please. All diabetologist consult not to consume sweets but in this scenario when I start eating foods and sweets after maesturbation and feel comfortable after eating these sweets . How to control sugar? Can I take sweets and insulin at the same time?
