I run to toilet after every meal
On 1 hand i wana lose my weight, and m hppy about this issue that food doesnt gets digested but on the other hand i m concerned . if i hv milk or any fatty food like puri ,paratha then next morning stomach gets upset.often i get lose motion. I love junkies n i eat alot . why very often i get lose motion? Is there anyway to eat less n get stomch ful

If u r going for weight loss n want to eat more. I would suggest go for salad. Green veg salad. watery fruits n water. It will kill ur hunger
