Hi Children are prone to be naughty during summer holidays. They just want to have fun. Your concern is they keep fighting with each other and they enjoy beating each other. Consult a psychologist and explain about the children’s behaviour and how much time they spend on the phone. Spending time with kids can be fun but it can be stressful at the same time. Think of the summer holidays as a period where you can enjoy quality time with kids. You can think of asking them about their hobbies and what they like to do. Consult a psychologist to get guidance on how to manage kids during summer holidays.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.

Hi, Summer is a time for kids to have fun and enjoy not having school.it is a the challenging time too . Children do better with structure. Try Daily Activities plan - family Games , Draw - colour,, story telling , Get Creative Through Games, Play Board Games , solving puzzles . outdoor activities are a must . Short trips . Its important to set up rules with expectations or limits so your children know what’s expected of them while at home. This will help make it relaxing and fun for everyone Regarding Screen time - Recreational Activities are a great way to divert their attention from digital media. Instead of trying to cut out screen time all at once, try reducing it . Set boundaries everyone can follow encouraging them to participate in tech free projects that are both fun and creative, such as reading a book, or playing a simple board game at home . State clearly, calmly, and with authority when they beat each other that they cannot beat one another. Consult a Psychologist for a counselling session

Hi... One way is to indulge yourself in any physical activity/sport. Adults (parents) are the role models to children. They are more likely to imitate behaviours that you demonstrate, rather than the ones you preach. Reduce your own screen time, especially off your work time and involve yourself in a physical activity/sport. Your kids may initially only observe you and may later be interested in joining you as well. Remember, not to try to show them that you are doing all this. Just do it and let them be interested on their own.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. Parent Counselling is required.
