I suspect of having some blood disorders

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have been suffering from constant pain and fatigue since childhood. Eyesight getting weaker. Headaches persistent. Erectile dysfunction. Chest pain randomly. Grandfather had suspected sickle cell anaemia but died prematurely. Please help recommend blood tests to rule out sickle cell anemia or any similar condition.
