I think I have depression
I've had a major sleep change, I either eat a lot or nothing at all, I can't bring myself to get out of bed in the morning and I have no motivation to do anything. I have lost interest in things I used to love doing and am constantly in a bad mood even when something is good. My mood is like a roller coaster. Uncontrollable.

Symptoms like sleep disturbance, reduced appetite, low energy level, reduced interest in joyful activities, irritability/ anxiety are all because of depression.  If u r having all dese for more than 2 weeks then it warrants for a therapeutic consultation with a mental health professional.
