I've been having upper back problems. Near my Scapula, but where it hurts the most is in the middle of my back on my spine. But once I pop my back it feels better. I have my small nieces walk on my back. Is that okay? What should I do? It's getting worse.

This may be due to yr wrong posture while studying as the age suggests pl learn scapular upper back strengthening ex's or go for swimming thrice a week n pl let me know
