Hi As per the details given by u you have planter facitis which means that your calf muscles are very tight and do no allow you to put your feet in first tym as the calf muscle gains it's length or stretches further after some walking u feel better. There 2 major muscles in calf I.e gastocnemious and soleus also known as postural muscles which  have tendency to get shortened in many people.
Next Steps
contrast bath keeping your feet in warm water for 3 min and cold water for 1 min will help. Also do stretching exercise for calf to regain it's  normal length.
Health Tips
avoid wearing heels. wear soft Dr sole slippers and shoes.
