I want penis surgery. Ready for surgery!

I wish i could give you a very desirable answer. But penis cannot be increased to one's desires. Each person has his own DNA governing what shape, weight, height etc will be attributed to his or her. Based on the genes we receive from our parents we have a structure, which may be moulded by nourishment too. Unfortunately while muscles can be grown and some parts can be helped, one cannot do much about height of a person or length of the penis. The people who do penis lengthening are urologists and they have very limited experience in India about it. Just like a plastic surgeon cannot promise his clients to become as per their desired wishes, urologists too cannot give a desired penis length to their patients. usually surgery is done to improve penis length only if it is less than 2 inches, i.e 4.5-5 cm.......and that increase is also by just an inch or so. One cannot make a penis to become double or tripe its size. A recent survey of average penis lengths all over the world had said Indian population has an average length of 5.5-6 inches. so you are well within the normal length.

The vagina of a woman has sensations only in its outer 4 cm, hence a penis length beyond 4 cm is not worthy of correction. The tissues which are there in penis are very delicate and human beings have yet not mastered this art of making new organs, if this was possible on could mend the hearts and livers. It is better to learn how to get good erections, and how to satisfy the woman. It is a myth that larger penis size alone satisfies a female. A longer penis doesnt get good hardness and thats a reality. Also those who know good techniques of sex can satisfy the females using their know how which is beyond the penis length .

Be aware that you are chasing a myth. Many doctors call themselves sexologists and some quacks may try to extract money from you. If you use a vacuum erection device as is available from sex therapists and urologists, but this may give a silghtly better erection and hence an ocassional longer penis, as size depends on blood flow too. Good blood flow in penis can give max erection to a persons capacity
