I want the solution to my son .no glass
My son is studying in 4th std nowadays he could not able to see the black board we went to 3,4 doctors and checked his eyes and they all said the same his number of vision is -3 so he have to wear glasses. But however his height will increase his number also increase. There is no option to decrease it.but I don't want to wear glasses to my son. Because it's harm to the muscles.

Hello I am sorry but glasses are very important for him Contact lens is another option His power will become stable at age of 18yrs

He will have to use specs regularly. There is no medicine or exercise to get rid of the glasses.if you really wish him good  then please. Please.......motivate him to use glasses. And get his refraction done at least every year.

Hi,  knowing the fact that he is myopic or short sighted, he has to wear glasses in order to see images clearly. If he fails to wear glasses he will not see distant objects at all. Considering his age, best option is glasses alone, later he can opt for contact lenses or refractive surgery to remove glasses. Plz understand that glasses cause no harm to eye muscles but only improve his quality of life and also his academic growth.
Next Steps
Get a refraction done and start wearing glasses constantly.

Get dilated retinal examination annually to look for any myopic retinal changes.
