I want to now that am pregnant or not
Hai doctor am 23 years old I have missed my periods on 20 February and my last menstrual date is on 20th january still I dint get period so I was test pregnancy test so it's came negative and am having all pregnancy symptoms vomtings head ache and my stomach also growing big so what should I do please say me I am pregnant or not
