Hi. Widal is NOT a good test for typhoid fever. Many labs do slide test which is highly inaccurate. Blood culture is the definitive test to confirm typhoid. Why did you do the test?  Also what are the baby's symptoms now? Still fever? What are the other blood tests done? We have to see the symptoms and then correlate with tests.. Can't interpret tests without knowing the patient..
