Have to go 4-6 times daily...
After every food have to go to toilet..
Its from last 6 years...
Still no result..
Have consulted many doctors..

[ ] Hi, for constipation kindly Take plenty of salads with lunch and dinner. Increase intake of water. Avoid bread(maida items).Take Flax seeds, fry it in a pan without oil, then put it in a mixi, make powder and you can take 1 teaspoon with jaggery in the morning and night after meal .There are certain medicines to curb constipation which can be tried to get best results. Feel free to ask any further quary.
