I have this constant anexity that I'll fell down or urge to use bathroom in travel. Can this be treated with pyscatric treatment. All the medicines of IBS and Vertigo are not working. Hello Yes it can be treated. In fact IBS itself is a functional GI disorder and is due to disturbances in brain gut axis. Also take a low FODMAP diet. Consult a psychiatrist in person for evaluation and treatment.
