IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
Over time, everything seems to make me bloat. I've been on the fodmap friendly diet and it helped, however I feel like everything just makes me bloat. I eat slowly and I drink plenty of water... It's like there is a ball in my lower abdomen. It is not painful, however it is rather uncomfortable, and when I suck in my tummy I can feel a pulse. I am relatively skinny, so it looks like I've got a tubby belly, but I exercise regularly and its mostly muscle, sticking out because of bloat.
