Is icu backup nessery after ot in breast cancer in first stage and what type of care given to the patient

ICU back up does not depend on breast cancer stage or type of surgery.
It basically depends on other condition the patient has like Sugar problem, BP problem, heart problem or asthama problem.
95% of my breast patient are shifted back to ward after surgery in 2 hrs.
Only 5% will be kept in ICU for observation of they have associat d condition like above

Any surgery case needs ICU backup..
Post operative care depends on intraoperative vitals and postoperative patient reaponse..
Care depends on many factors like patient age ...stage ...comorbidities and extent of surgery
