If GERD last forever need to do surgery
Hello, my age 24/male I having GERD with GASTRITIS but not heartburn only silent reflux which is laryngopharyngeal reflux where always feels like some burps or gas struck in throat and frequentt burps taking pantocid-L and sucrafil-o also I'm following necessary diet all necessary things Now my doubt is if it was not cleared within 3 months will doctor recommend again tablets or need to do surgery if surgery what type of surgery they will do it is complicated or easy how do they know my esophagus sphincter is not tight? Will they able to see or they will just guess with symptoms. Also kindly check my report for further doubts

First. You have to do a Upper GI Endoscopy, with mucosal biopsy.
