Imbalance walking
Hi, My CT scan noted that dehiscence of lateral semicircular Canal, so doctor advised me for surgery, I have done my surgery in Feb 26 its 3months now but still there is no improvement in balance and I m not able to walk in steady. What's wrong here, there is surgery gone wrong or there is no treatment for this In discharge card they mention as they given treatment for RADICAL MASTORID WITH FACIAL NERVE DECOMPRESSION WITH TM JOINT RECONSTRUCTION, Please help here they haven correct treatment for what CT scan report noted.??? Please help I really loosing my life in this symptoms?? How to come up in normal stage!!

Surgery you have mentioned is definitely has no role in treatment of so called lateral canal dehiscence. I am not sure what surgeon found during surgery. There are other reasons for dehiscence too. You may need to undergo detailed vestibular system evaluation
