I am just having menstrual cramps I am not getting into periods. Since two days only little bleed is there only while using washroom. Please suggest some medicine to get proper period. I have my sister marriage next week

In my opinion of you are having cramps and little bit of bleeding then you should wait for 3-4 days more to let this phase settle down. Let's consider this as period and wait for the next one.

Meanwhile you can get yourself evaluated. TSH levels and USG pelvis will be sufficient to have an a assessment. These tests should be done once your bleeding stops.
