  4. Implantation bleeding. This confusion?

Implantation bleeding
Today is day 12 post iui. Yesterday I had bleeding. It is not spotting but consistent light bleeding with lower back pain nd continues today as well. I went for scan and doctor said my utreus lining is 6 mm. She said it might not be periods. But the flow has been increased a little bit after the vaginal ultrasound. Can u clear this confusion?
