Implanting bleeding or periods

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am trying to conceive since last 9 month and since last 2 month I missed my period and when I check it shows negative but on16 august I start bleeding but it is very small amount but after 2 days it increase but not to much I had a symptom like cramp, abdomen pain = high temperature on body tiredness plz tell is any chance of pregnanvy
