Increased Blood sugar & freqt urination
For past one week i am drinking lots of after as I feel thirsty and frequently urinate. Then I check my blood sugar multiple times in 2 days and my random blood sugar would fluctuate between as high as 600mg/dl to 354 mg/dl. Am I diabetic??? This happened first time with me.. or because if another reason it is happening. Appreciate a response. Thanks

Yes. Random blood sugar > 200mg/dl is considered as Diabetes. However, for starting treatment, you need to do blood sugar levels in fasting and 2hr pp, Hba1c test, and urine routine and microscopy.
