Increased GGT
My mother is having the chemotherapy from last 6 months. Her GGT is 279 today. What can we do to reduce it?

There can be many reasons for raised GGT including chemotherapy. It is best to see a gastroenterologist as advised by the treating Medical Oncologist. Some hepatoprotectants may help. The most important treatment is avoiding further damage by holding chemotherapy, if I indicated clinically.
