Increased heart rate
From last 1 month, majorly during morning hours my heart rate shoots up to 120 that too without any exercise. At this time I can't breathe properly and everything goes blank.
Increased heart rate rests for about 10 minutes.
It happens once or twice a week.
What could be the problem?
Whenever it happened to me, I was always sitting quietly.
