Increased sugar level
Sir/madam, I have diagnosed diabetes 4  years before at age of 26 , I maintained it by running and a two time per day dose of citapin xr 500 advised by my doctor, now from last 1 month I shifted to south Indian and due to more rich food, rice and lack of running and exercise, my sugar level increased to fasting 219 , I started running from today, Will I able to control from regular running, I use to run 5 km a day, in how many day it comes to normal, Please answer me, I am really in tension
