Hello there. i can understand your concern, your problem seems like hyperacidity. these days its very common due to the bad food habits, stress, smoking etc. you can take a capsule PAN-L love a day at leasthalf an hour before food is recommended. do yoga, pranayama and other stretching exercises per day. avoid oily, spice foods. drink lots of water. if it still doesn't subside, consult a gastroenterology or a general surgeon, a endoscopy may be required in your case. if you find improvement by taking pan-l, then you can continue for 10 days. have foods at regular times. best regards, Dr. Anil Kumar Jain

Gastritis is the most commonly seen problem these days .. Medicines can only give temporary relief.. Strict diet and lifestyle change can bring gastritis under control. Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish .Take dal rice , butter milk ,curd rice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner .Take antacids and ppi for temporary relief
