All the symptoms listed above goes in favour of stress related response of one's body. When this happens continuously, the above reaction also repeats and manifest as anxiety. Basically this happens due to imbalance of neurotransmitters in our brain. Consultation with psychiatrist or psychologist will certainly benefit . Other causes could be vitamin deficiency mainly vit d3 and vit b12 . Also rule out thyroid related disorders. And history of any addictions should also be seen which may aggravate all above symptoms.
