If u are unable to pass stools u are probably suffering from CONSTIPATION. Gastritis SYMPTOMS may or may not be because of CONSTIPATION.
Diet and lifestyle changes are needed very essential.
Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
High fibre diet salads green vegetables fruits etc.
Plenty of fluids coconut water lemon juice etc.
