Infant dandruff
3 months old infant.. Born with lot of hair. We wash it every alternate day with Johnson baby shampoo. And use only coconut oil before wash on dry hair. Started as cradle cap brushed it out but now it's proper dry scalp dandruff. Please suggest

It needs to be seen by doctor whether it's simple dandruff or fungal infection. Both conditions treatment are different. Don't do daily shampoo as it can dry the scalp and hair and can aggravate the dandruff. Don't use head cap always allow some ventilation of head to dry the sweat of scalp. Change of shampoo can be advised by your pediatrician.
