It's been 8 to 9 months i have throat infection. Some time it's paining too. I am a singer but I can't properly sing because throat is down.

As you are a singer there's a chance of vocal folds nodules as you aren't able to sing properly.. visit an ENT specialist for fibre optic  laryngoscopy to rule out this..or other pathology...
