I am sending my latest x ray. I want to know my first molar wants some kind of treatment or not. If i go for rct both my first and second molar tooth will be dead. Suggest me sth. Doctor suggest to go for rct in second molar toth. But what about first molar.

Your dentist is right. Exposed 2nd molar. For 1st molar filling can be done.
