Infection on hand
My baby will be 2 years next month. He got a infection like this on hand like this yestday. Seems like somthing bite him... and he is having fever now 102f. Is it because of infection..could you please suggest what needs to be done. He is 10kg ..

Give paracetamol 250mg syp 3ml for fever...apply t bact cream locally...

if no improvement in 2 days or child looks toxic then consult pediatrician in person..

Give pcm as per dose for every 6hrly
Oint.mupirocin local application twice a day
