What is yeast infection? How does it look ? I have vaginal iching from 4days but no pain during urination , vagina and vulva remains red but no pimples /warts seen , can it be yeast or std ?

In yeast , the vulva can look red and inflammed. And you may get a curd like discharge. Very itchy.
