Inferior Turbinate Hypertrophy
One nostril is always congested. And it changes sides when I sleep and turn to other side. What is there a solution?

Use Nasomac F ( fluticasone furoate) nasal spray in both nostril two times a day. And saline nasal drops 2 drops 4 times a day.
